My cart remains empty every
time I try to add a product
You must have "cookies"
turned ON or "accept" cookies for the shopping cart to successfully
function. This basically saves your order on your computer as opposed to our server.
It saves your selections as you shop in a "cookie" folder on
your computer. In Microsoft Internet Explorer v6. Go to "Tools",
"Internet Options", "Privacy", "Advanced"
and then enable all cookies (First and third), or if that doesn't work
go to "Tools", "Internet Options", "Privacy" and
adjust the slider bar down to "accept cookies". Once you have completed
your order you can change the settings back to normal. It's that simple.
How
long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are
received by our customers within 3-5 business days. If the item is back ordered,
lost in shipping, or if your order must be shipped by a ground freight company
it will delay delivery.
Where do you ship to?
We
ship only to destinations within the continental United States.
Is
my credit card information safe on your web site?
Yes,
our shopping cart is certified by Thawte.com for your safety. We never give out
or sell any personal information to any other companies.
Why
can't you ship to a separate address?
To help reduce credit
card fraud we choose to ship only to the billing address. This is for you safety
and for ours. For this reason we prefer to only ship to the billing address. If
you enter a different shipping address from the billing address we will not ship
the item.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
No,
most of the items that we sell can not be shipped to P.O. Boxes due to size restrictions.
What do I do if an item is lost in shipping?
The shipping company
is responsible for all lost shipments. If the shipping company deems the package
lost, we will ship you a replacement of the same item. We will only ship out a
replacement if the shipping company claims the item lost.
What if
my purchase was damaged in shipping?
If the item you ordered was
damaged during shipping, the shipping company must be contacted within 48 hours
of receiving the product. After which you will have to file a damage claim with
the shipper. We can not file the damage claim because we can not see the damage.
Is everything in your online store in stock?
Yes, in most cases everything is in stock either within our warehouse or at one
of our distribution centers. In the event that an item is back ordered you will
be notified. Remember to allow adequate time for delivery.
Are
all the prices and information on you site accurate?
All
prices are accurate. The information is checked on a regular basis, but with constant
changes and improvement to the many products some information may be partially
outdated. We reserve the right to correct any inaccurate information.

What do I do if I have a warranty claim?
All the items we sell
on our web site are backed by some form of manufacturers warranty. Most items
will come with product registrations. It is important to fill these registrations
out and mail them in. In the event that you have a warranty claim you must contact
the manufacturer. They will handle all warranty claims.
