Terms & Conditions:
- Items must be able to be shipped by UPS or FedEx.
- Items that must be shipped ground freight by common carrier
(not UPS, FedEx, or USPS) do not qualify for Free Shipping
(unless otherwise stated).
- The shipping is absolutely
free. No handling fees!
- Returns will be assessed a restock fee.

- If you desire your shipment to shipped 2nd day or overnight,
please contact us by telephone, (866) 783-3372, for shipping
cost.
- Special order items DO NOT qualify for Free Shipping.
All orders are processed the same day
that they are placed (if submitted during normal business hours) and will usually
be shipped within 24-48 hours.
Please allow 5-7 business days
(excludes holidays, and weekends) for delivery.
If an item
is not received by the seventh business day please email us (customerservice@truckaccessorizer.com)
and we will track the order for you.
Shipping Methods
We use FedEx Ground as our primary shipper. Most
of our products will be shipped from one of our many distribution
centers across the country. Depending on the location they are
shipped from UPS may be used. In most cases you will have your
merchandise within 5 business days.
Any customer can purchase shipping insurance by
contacting Truck Accessorizer.com by email or by phone. Insurance
is needed if the product gets damaged in shipping or lost and
can't be located by the shipping carrier.
Ground shipping does not require signature upon
delivery. Purchase of "Signature Required" is available
but customer must call us to add it to their order for an additional
fee. Customer assumes full responsibility for any shipment delivered
without signature.
Second Day and Overnight
Shipping
We do offer second day and overnight shipping, however
our secured shopping cart is unable to calculate the shipping.
If you are interested in second day or overnight shipping please
give us a call and we will be glad to give you a shipping quote.
Second Day and Overnight Cutoff time
is 2 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after this time
will not ship until the following business day.
Over Size
Freight Orders:
In the event that an item that you order must be
shipped ground freight (it is not UPSable). The customer will
be responsible for the actual shipping cost. Note: Most ground
freight shipments to residential areas are typically double that
of those delivered to commercial areas. So it would be best to
have these items delivered to a place of business.
These items must ship to a residence or place of business, no
PO boxes.
These
items generally require a longer delivery time (10-15 business days).
Shipping Issues
Non-FedEx UPSable Shipping Adjustments:
In the event that your order must be shipped using
a ground freight carrier, we will contact you with the actual
shipping cost for that order. At that time you will have the right
to cancel the order and all charges will be credited accordingly.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
If an incorrect shipping address has been provided
to Truck Accessorizer.com either online or by phone, a $10.50
address correction fee will be charged to the credit card used
to place the order. If the order was purchased through PayPal
or by Check we ask that the address correction fee be paid before
we correct it with the shipping carrier.
If the correct shipping address is not provided
to Truck Accessorizer.com within 3 business days of notification,
the shipping carrier will return the shipment back to the shipper.
In the case of the item being returned to the shipper, the customer
is responsible for replacement shipping to reship the product
out a second time and to the correct shipping address.
Damaged Products:
If the product that you receive is damaged during
shipping you must file a damage claim with the shipper (ex. FedEx,
UPS, etc.) within 48 hours of receiving the product.
We require the customer be prepared to provide photos
of any damage to the product received. A claim will be filed with
the shipping company after the photos are received. Please see
return policy for full instructions on damage claims.
Truck Freight Damage: At no time can Truck
Accessorizer.com file a truck freight claim where the product
has been delivered and signed for with no damage noted on the
bill of lading by the customer or the delivery driver at the time
of delivery. It's the customers responsibility to inspect the
package for damage or parts loss at the time of delivery and immediately
note any discrepancies on the paperwork, with the driver and with
the freight company.
Products Lost In Shipping:
We will handle all claims with the shipping company
where the item may be lost. If the shipping company deems the
package lost and the customer purchased insurance, we will ship
out a replacement of the same product at no additional cost. We
will only ship out a replacement if the shipping company claims
the item was lost.
If the customer did not purchase "Signature
Required" before the order shipped, then the customer assumes
all responsibility for any claim that has been
denied by the shipping company where the package was left at an
unattended residence.
Shipping Outside the Continental U.S.
Truck Accessorizer.com will ship to Alaska, Hawaii
and APO addresses, however there will be additional shipping and
handling charges that will apply.
