Terms & Conditions:
- For orders that qualify for Free Shipping, the items must
be able to be shipped by UPS, USPS, FedEx, SpeeDee, or United
States Postal Service.
- We will ship your order using the shipping service or our
choice. If you would like to specify a specific shipping service
then additional shipping charges may apply.
- Items that are Oversized or items that must be shipped
LTL ground freight (not UPS, FedEx, or USPS-able) do not qualify
for Free Shipping (unless otherwise stated).
- No handling fees!
- Returns will be assessed a restock fee.

- If you desire your shipment to shipped 2nd day or overnight,
please contact us by telephone, (866) 783-3372, for shipping
cost.
- Special order items DO NOT qualify for Free Shipping.
- Free shipping on qualified items are only for the first
shipment. Replacement or exchanged items do not qualify for
free shipping.
All orders are processed the same day that they
are placed (if submitted during normal business hours). The recipient
may receive the shipment as fast as 1 day after the order is processed
up to 10 business days or more depending on what was ordered and
where and generally ship within 1-5 business days. The customer
will be notified of any delays that stretch longer then 5 business
days.
Please allow 5-10 business days (excludes holidays,
and weekends) for delivery.
If an item is not received by the tenth business
day please send
us a message and we will track the order for you.
Shipping Methods
We use FedEx Ground as our primary shipper. Most
of our products will be shipped from one of our many distribution
centers across the country. Depending on the location of the item
and the size of the product, UPS or United States Postal Service
may be used. In most cases you will have your merchandise within
5 to 7 business days.
Ground Shipments do not require signature upon delivery.
Purchase of "Signature Required" is available but customer
must call us to add it to their order for an additional fee. Customer
assumes full responsibility for any shipment delivered without
signature and will not refuse payment to Truck Accessorizer.com.
Second Day and Overnight Shipping
We do offer second day and overnight shipping for
additional cost. If you are interested in second day or overnight
shipping please give us a call and we will be glad to give you
a shipping quote. Second Day and Overnight
Cutoff time is 1:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed
after this time will not ship until the following business day.
Over Size Freight Orders:
In the event that an item that you order must be
shipped ground freight (it is not UPSable). The customer will
be responsible for the actual shipping cost. Note: Most ground
freight shipments to residential areas are typically double that
of those delivered to commercial areas. So it would be best to
have these items delivered to a place of business.
These items must ship to a residence or place of business, no
PO boxes.
These items generally require a longer delivery time (10-15 business
days).
Shipping Issues
Non-FedEx UPSable Shipping Adjustments:
In the event that your order must be shipped using
a ground freight carrier, we will contact you with the actual
shipping cost for that order. At that time you will have the right
to cancel the order and all charges will be credited accordingly.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
If an incorrect shipping address has been provided
to Truck Accessorizer.com either online or by phone, an address
correction fee will be charged. The address correction fee must
be paid before we correct it with the shipping carrier.
If the correct shipping address is not provided
to Truck Accessorizer.com within 3 business days of notification,
the shipping carrier will return the shipment back to the shipper.
In the case of the item being returned to the shipper, the customer
is responsible for replacement shipping to reship the product
out a second time and to the correct shipping address.
Damaged Products:
If the product that you receive is damaged during
shipping you must file a damage claim with the shipper (ex. FedEx,
UPS, etc.) within 48 hours of receiving the product.
We require the customer be prepared to provide photos
of any damage to the product received. A claim will be filed with
the shipping company after the photos are received. Please see
our Return Policy
for full instructions on damage claims.
Truck Freight Claims and Limits of Liability:
The recipient agrees to inspect the shipment at
the time of delivery and document all damages on the delivery
paperwork/bill of lading before the driver leaves (even concealed
damage). If a claim is submitted after 14 days from the delivery
of the shipment, Truck Accessorizer.com cannot guarantee the claim
will be accepted by the freight carrier, as there are limitations
from the carriers as to how long after delivery a claim may be
submitted. If such a situation should occur, the customer will
not hold Truck Accessorizer.com liable. Truck Accessorizer.com
will do our best to submit a claim should this situation arise
but cannot guarantee the outcome. Truck Accessorizer.com will
work to assist our customers with the investigation of freight
loss or damage claims for any damage to our customers property
occurring from the transportation services made available to our
customers.
As the customer, you understand that Truck Accessorizer.com
is not the actual carrier and will not refuse payment to Truck
Accessorizer.com for any reasons relating to the disputes with
freight carriers. The customer realizes that Truck Accessorizer.com
acts as a connection on behalf of the customer to assist them
in the process of their claim with the actual freight carrier.
At no time can Truck Accessorizer.com guarantee acceptance from
the freight carrier where the product has been delivered and signed
for with no damage noted on the bill of lading by the customer
or the delivery driver at the time of delivery, however a claim
will be submitted regardless.
Products Lost In Shipping:
The shipper will handle all claims with the shipping
company where the item(s) may be lost. If the shipping company
deems the package lost, we will ship out a replacement of the
same product at no additional cost. We will only ship out a replacement
if the shipping company claims the item was lost.
If the customer did not purchase "Signature
Required" before the order shipped, then the customer assumes
all responsibility for any claim that has been
denied by the shipping company where the package was left at an
unattended residence.
Shipping Outside the Continental U.S.
Truck Accessorizer.com will ship to Alaska, Hawaii,
Puerto Rico, Guam and APO addresses, however there will be additional
shipping and handling charges that will apply.
