Westin - Billet Grilles

Westin offers the finest quality billet aluminum grilles to complement your truck or sport utility. Unlike the cheap import imitators, Westin grille inserts are made of solid stock, then machined, formed, and polished to a brilliant finish. You won't be disappointed. Like other Westin products, the Billet Grilles are easy to install and no cutting of the original equipment grille is necessary. In fact, some of the bolt-over designs bolt on the OE grille!

Description:

• Cross Bars are machined & formed from solid stock not cheap extruded "E" channel.
• Quality manufacturing by American craftsmen using 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum.
• All materials used in the production of our products are purchased from American mills.
• Each Billet Grille is hand tig welded in a CAD designed, CNC milled fixture. Insuring aerospace quality tolerances, uniformity and custom fit.
• Polished finish provides a perfect match with the brightest chrome finish.
• All products tested for longevity and endurance.
• All Billet Grilles come with easy no drill, no cut installation & easy to read Installation Instructions.
• Polished Horizontal Aluminum Grille Inserts are backed by a 3-year warranty

A - Minor Drilling Required
B - Bolt-Over: mounts over existing O.E. grille "No Cutting"
C - No Cutting Required
D - Minor Trimming Required
1 - Less than 30 minutes
2 -30 minutes to 1 hour
3 - 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours
