Shipping Terms and Conditions:
  1. Free Shipping applies only to orders that ship standard ground to addresses within the lower 48 United States.
  2. Oversize items or items that must ship truck freight will be subject to additional shipping charges. These charges will be applied either to the item in the application menu or at the time of checkout. (see chart above)
  3. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from our free shipping offer.
  4. For orders that qualify for Free Shipping, the items must be able to be shipped by UPS, USPS, FedEx, or SpeeDee.
  5. We will ship your order using the shipping service or our choice. If you would like to specify a specific shipping service, then additional shipping charges may apply.
  6. Items that must be shipped ground freight by common carrier (not UPS, FedEx, or USPS) do not qualify for Free Shipping (unless otherwise stated).
  7. If you desire your item to be shipped 2nd day or overnight, please contact us by telephone, (866) 783-3372, for a shipping quote.
  8. Special orders do qualify for Free Shipping, however Special Order fees may still apply.
  9. Clearance items DO NOT qualify for Free or Flat Rate Shipping unless otherwise stated.

Most orders are processed the same day that they are placed (if submitted during normal business hours) and will usually be shipped within 1-5 business days.

Delivery time can be up to 10 business days. (excludes holidays, and weekends)

If an item is not received by the tenth business day, please contact us and we will track the order for you.

Shipping Methods

We use FedEx Ground as our primary shipper. Most of our products will be shipped from one of our many distribution centers across the country. Depending on the location where they are shipped, UPS may be used. In the upper Midwest we also ship with SpeeDee delivery. In most cases you will have your merchandise within 5 business days.

Ground shipping does not require signature upon delivery. Purchase of "Signature Required" is available but customer must call us to add it to their order for an additional fee. Customer assumes full responsibility for any shipment delivered without signature.

Second Day and Overnight Shipping

We do offer second day and overnight shipping; however our secured shopping cart is unable to calculate the shipping. If you are interested in second day or overnight shipping, please give us a call and we will be glad to give you a shipping quote. Second Day and Overnight Cutoff time is 2 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after this time will not ship until the following business day.

Oversize Items:

Items marked as "Oversize Item" do not qualify for Free Shipping. An oversize fee will be added to the order at the time of checkout. (see chart above).

Truck Freight Item:

Items marked as "Truck Freight Item" do not qualify for Free Shipping. Additional shipping for this item will be added at the time of checkout.
If the item is shipping to a residential address, rural address, or military base, a $75 fee will be added. Residential, rural, or military base must be selected at the time of checkout.
It is best to have these items delivered to a commercial address, if possible.
These items can only be shipped to a residential or commercial address, no PO boxes or APOs.
Truck Freight items generally require a longer delivery time (10-15 business days).
These items cannot be shipped outside of the lower 48 states.

Truck Freight Claims and Limits of Liability:

The recipient agrees to inspect the shipment at the time of delivery and document all damages on the delivery paperwork/bill of lading before the driver leaves (even concealed damage). If a claim is submitted after 14 days from the delivery of the shipment, Truck cannot guarantee the claim will be accepted by the freight carrier, as there are limitations from the carriers as to how long after delivery a claim may be submitted. If the customer has any concealed damage, it needs to be noted at the time of delivery and a claim must be filed within 3 days of delivery. If such a situation should occur, the customer will not hold Truck liable. Truck will do our best to submit a claim should this situation arise but cannot guarantee the outcome. Truck will work to assist our customers with the investigation of freight loss or damage claims for any damage to our customers property occurring from the transportation services made available to our customers.

As the customer, you understand that Truck is not the actual carrier and will not refuse payment to Truck for any reasons relating to the disputes with freight carriers. The customer realizes that Truck acts as a connection on behalf of the customer to assist them in the process of their claim with the actual freight carrier. At no time can Truck guarantee acceptance from the freight carrier where the product has been delivered and signed for with no damage noted on the bill of lading by the customer or the delivery driver at the time of delivery, however a claim will be submitted regardless.

Shipping Issues

Non-FedEx UPSable Shipping Adjustments:

In the event an item is not listed as truck freight delivery but must ship truck freight, we will contact you with the actual shipping cost for that order. At that time, you will have the right to cancel the order and all charges will be credited accordingly.

Incorrect Shipping Address:

If an incorrect shipping address is provided to Truck either online or by phone, a $10.50 address correction fee will be charged to the credit card used to place the order. If the order was purchased through PayPal or by Check, the fee must be paid before we will correct it with the shipping carrier.

If the correct address is not provided the order will be cancelled and treated as a standard return.

Damaged Products:

If the product that you receive is damaged during shipping a claim must be filed with the shipping carrier (ex. FedEx, UPS, etc.) within 48 hours of receiving the product.

We require the customer be prepared to provide photos of any damage to the product received. A claim may not be able to be filed with the shipping company until after the photos are received. Please see return policy for full instructions on damage claims.

Products Lost in Shipping:

We will handle all claims with the shipping company where the item may be lost. If the shipping company deems the package lost and the customer purchased insurance, we will ship out a replacement of the same product at no additional cost. We will only ship out a replacement if the shipping company claims the item was lost.

If the customer did not purchase "Signature Required" before the order shipped, then the customer assumes all responsibility for any claim that has been denied by the shipping company where the package was left at an unattended residence.

Shipping Outside the Continental U.S.

Truck will ship to Alaska, Hawaii and APO addresses. However, additional shipping and handling charges will apply.
