Return Policy

We understand there are times when you may have an item that you want to return. We want to make all returns as simple as possible. In the event that you have an item to return, we ask that you phone us or complete the Returns form located at the bottom of your invoice. You can find this by logging into your account, clicking the "Orders" tab in your account manager, and viewing your completed invoices.. This will help us easily identify your return and help speed up the process of crediting your account. All returns must have an RGA number.

Process for completing a return:

  1. Request an RMA number by calling or completing the RMA request form at the bottom of your invoice.
    (Note: RMA's must be requested within 30 days of your order being completed).
  2. We will then email you with information for completing the return including:
    - How to package the item.
    - Where to ship the item back to.
    - What paperwork is needed.
    - How much you will be credited on return.
  3. Once we receive the item back and the item passes inspection, credit will be issued.

Additional Return Information:

  1. Most returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
  2. Shipping, handling and processing fees are not refundable.
  3. An RMA must be requested within 30 days of your order being completed.
  4. Special orders are not returnable.
  5. Items that ship Oversize or Truck Freight will be credited less all original shipping costs and a 5% restocking fee.
  6. All items that are returned must be in original condition (which includes original packaging).
    NOTE: Please do not write directly on the package.
    This effects the resaleability of the product. Writing on packaging will incur an additional 15% Restocking Fee (on top of the original 15% restocking fee).

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for another item, you must first request an exchange RGA for the returned item. The return terms above must be met in order to make any exchanges. If the replacement item is of greater value than the original purchase the customer is responsible for the difference. If the item is of lesser value than the original, the 15% restocking fee will be applied to the difference. The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping. Additional shipping charges will be charged to the purchaser for the replacement item. Replacement items do not qualify for free shipping.

Canceled Orders

Customers have until 9:30AM central time to cancel an order. Order cancellations must be done via telephone to avoid lost or deleted emails. Once the item or items order status has been changed to processing (you will be notified by email of the change in status), the order can not be canceled. It will have to be returned under our standard return procedure (see above).

Warranty Claims - More than 30 Days after purchase

In the event there is a warranty issue, we will direct you to the manufacturer. If the manufacturer requires that the item is to be returned to the point of purchase we will handle the warranty claim (provided the item was purchased from Truck Accessorizer.com). Truck Accessorizer.com may ask for a manufacturers direct RMA/RGA number on warranty items before we can accept the product back for exchange. However, all shipping cost (returning and reshipping) will be the responsibility of the customer. Warranty does not cover any shipping or labor charges involved on the warranted product itself. These warranted items will be exchanged for a comparable item upon approval and can not be returned for credit.
